aKDPhi needed a clear way to communicate a structural change from a three-tier to a two-tier status system across chapters nationwide.
Worked with my co-intern to develop a four-part campaign tailored to different audiences. Each deliverable focused on clarity, accessibility, and brand consistency.
A formal Status Advancement Report, a campaign poster, a newsletter introducing the new system, and a Reminders & Updates edition ahead of Convention.
Rolled out successfully across 60+ chapters and supported the establishment of 10+ new ones. Recognized with the aKDPhi Leadership Development Award.
